    U.S. Markets


    U.S Markets were closed with a positive sentiment yesterday, with all major Wall Street indices closing higher.


    The U.S. PMI (Purchasing Managers Index) exceeded analysts forecasts yesterday (53.0), posting a reading of 53.4.


    Dow Jones index futures point to a higher opening.


    Yesterday, The Dow Jones index was closing at 13,264 +0.40%, the S&P 500 index was closing at 1,419 +0.75% and the NASDAQ index was closing at 3,119 +0.91%.




    European Markets


    European Markets were closed substantially Higher yesterday, supported by the positive U.S. PMI results.


    The German PMI also exceeded analysts forecasts, rising to a level of 48.4, while the French PMI dropped below analysts forecasts to a level of 46.7.


    Yesterday, The FTSE 100 index was closing at 5,874 +2.31%, the German DAX was closing at 7,056 +1.58% and the France CAC was closing at 3,462 +1.14%.




    Asian Markets


    Asian Markets were trading with a positive sentiment earlier Today, supported by the encouraging data for the service sector in China.


    The Chinese PMI reached a 6 months high, rising to a level of 58.0, any reading above the level of 50 points indicates an expansion in the service sector.


    Currently, The SSE Composite Index In China is traded at 2,262 +0.47% while the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong is traded at 20,620 +0.48%, and the Nikkei 225 Index in Japan is traded at 10,051 -0.58%.




    Commodities & Foreign Exchange


    The U.S Dollar Index is Lower, Currently traded around 78.78 on a Higher Euro.


    Crude NYMEX went up by 2.18% , currently traded around $105.04.


    Gold prices went up by 0.41% , the precious metal is currently traded around $1,676, Spot Silver is currently traded around $33.00.

    Dow Jones index futures point to a Lower opening.
    On Thursday, The Dow Jones index was closing at 13,060 -0.11%, the S&P 500 index was closing at 1,398 -0.06% and

    the NASDAQ index was closing at 3,080 +0.40%.


    European Markets

    European Markets were also remained closed on Friday, due to a holiday vacation.
    European Markets were closed with a mixed sentiment on Thursday, as concerns regarding a sovereign debt and a

    slowing economic growth resurfaced.
    On Thursday, The FTSE 100 index was closing at 5,723 +0.35%, the German DAX was closing at 6,775 -0.13% and the

    France CAC was closing at 3,319 +0.19%.



    Asian Markets

    A disappointing U.S. employment report and a higher than expected inflation rate in China, dragged the Asian

    markets downward.
    Currently, The SSE Composite Index In China is traded at 2,294 -0.51% while the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong is

    traded at 20,593 -0.95%, and the Nikkei 225 Index in Japan is traded at 9,591 -1.00%.




    Commodities & Foreign Exchange

    The U.S Dollar Index is Higher, Currently traded around 79.93 on a Lower Euro.
    Crude NYMEX went down by 1.07% , currently traded around $102.19.
    Gold prices went up by 1.00% , the precious metal is currently traded around $1,628, Spot Silver is currently

    traded around $31.87.

    Dow Jones index futures point to a Higher opening.
    Yesterday, The Dow Jones index was closing at 12,929 -1.00%, the S&P 500 index was closing at 1,382 -1.14% and

    the NASDAQ index was closing at 3,047 -1.08%.


    European Markets

    European Markets remained closed yesterday (Monday), due to a holiday vacation.
    Concerns regarding a European sovereign debt and a slowing economic growth are resurfacing.
    On Thursday, The FTSE 100 index was closing at 5,723 +0.35%, the German DAX was closing at 6,775 -0.13% and the

    France CAC was closing at 3,319 +0.19%.



    Asian Markets

    Asian Markets were traded with a negative sentiment earlier today.
    China has reported a surplus in its trade balance - this drags the stock exchanges in Hong Kong and Shanghai

    downwards.
    The central Bank of Japan has kept the interest rate unchanged, at 0% -0.1%.

    Earlier today, The SSE Composite Index In China is traded at 2,260 -1.10% while the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong

    is traded at 20,368 -1.09%, and the Nikkei 225 Index in Japan is traded at 9,537 -0.10%.

    is traded at 20,092 -1.29%, and the Nikkei 225 Index in Japan is traded at 9,413 -1.30%.

    Italy's successful bond issue yesterday, also affected the Markets in a positive way.

    France CAC was closing at 3,237 +0.62%.

    Asian Markets were traded with a positive sentiment Earlier today.
